Ingredients

• 1 medium-large beet
• 4-6 medium carrots
• 1 medium-large red pepper
• 1 medium-large cucumber
• ½ pint of strawberries

Instructions

1. Put each fruit or vegetable in the juicer - one at a time.
2. Stir or shake to mix the juices together.
3. Pour over ice, if desired.
4. Alternative to juicing: Blend together.
5. Strain if chunky consistency bothers you.
6. Alternative to blending: Slice everything julienne style and create a salad with a little lime or lemon juice and a some coconut oil.
