Beeter Than Coffee

- 1 medium-large beet
- 4-6 medium carrots
- 1 medium-large red pepper
- 1 medium-large cucumber
- ½ pint of strawberries
- Put each fruit or vegetable in the juicer - one at a time.
- Stir or shake to mix the juices together.
- Pour over ice, if desired.
- Alternative to juicing: Blend together.
- Strain if chunky consistency bothers you.
- Alternative to blending: Slice everything julienne style and create a salad with a little lime or lemon juice and a some coconut oil.
