Having Trouble Losing Weight?

Here are three goals to lose weight (and probably counter to what you believe true):

  1. Eat more healthy fats – avocado, coconut oil, wild-caught fish 
  2. Exercise less – working out too hard causes your body to make more cortisol. Exercise in short bursts of high intensity for about 20 minutes. 
  3. Don’t overly restrict your diet – feeling deprived will only cause you to overeat in the long run. Eat until you feel satisfied but don’t overeat.
